Drone Pros Organization Referral Partner Program Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms
By applying to and participating in the Drone Pros Referral Partner Program, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Drone Pros Organization (DPO) reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate this agreement at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
•You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid platform for promoting Drone Pros.
•Participation is limited to approved referral partners; we reserve the right to reject applications at our discretion.
•You must not promote your referral code using prohibited methods listed in Section 6.
3. Referral Process & Commissions
•You will receive a unique referral code to share with your audience.
•When a new customer enters your referral code during checkout, they will receive $40 off their lifetime or annual membership.
• You will earn $40 per valid referral.
•Payouts are processed monthly via [Payment Method], provided the referred member’s transaction is completed and not refunded.
4. Restrictions on Referral Code Promotion
You MAY promote your referral code via:
•Your website (e.g., blog, landing pages, banners).
•Social media (posts, videos, stories, profile bios).
•Email marketing to your subscribers.
• Podcasts, webinars, and direct outreach.
You MAY NOT promote your referral code via:
• Browser extensions, coupon websites, or discount aggregators.
• Paid PPC ads or paid social media ads targeting Drone Pros keywords.
•False or misleading statements about Drone Pros or this program.
• Spamming, mass messaging, or unauthorized use of our brand assets.
5. Payment, Refunds & Tracking
• Payments will be made via [Payment Platform] within [Number] days of the end of the month.
•You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are correct.
• Commissions are final once paid. If a referred customer disputes their payment (chargeback), cancels their membership, or requests a refund, Drone Pros reserves the right to adjust future commissions or require repayment of previous commissions related to the chargeback.
• Referral commissions are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for other benefits.
6. Termination & Violations
•Drone Pros reserves the right to remove any referral partner from the program at any time for violating these terms.
• Fraudulent activities (fake referrals, misuse of discount codes, misleading claims) will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of earnings.
•If your account remains inactive for 6+ months, we may deactivate your referral partnership.
7. Liability & Indemnification
•Drone Pros Organization does not guarantee income or financial results from this program. Referral partners are responsible for their own promotional efforts, and results will vary based on external factors.
•Drone Pros Organization is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this program.
•Referral partners are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of Drone Pros.
•You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drone Pros Organization from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from your participation.
8. Changes to This Agreement
Drone Pros reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
9. Ethical Conduct & Compliance
To ensure fairness and integrity in the program, all referral partners must:
• Promote Drone Pros in a transparent and ethical manner.
• Avoid making exaggerated or false claims about the benefits of the program.
• Refrain from engaging in deceptive, unethical, or spam-like marketing practices.
10. Governing Law & Arbitration
• This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States.
• Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement must be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Ada County, Idaho, under AAA (American Arbitration Association) rules.
• If Drone Pros Organization prevails in any dispute, the referral partner agrees to pay all legal fees, arbitration costs, and damages.
• No referral partner may file a class-action lawsuit against Drone Pros Organization.
•Arbitration shall apply to all disputes, including contract issues, fraud claims, and regulatory compliance matters.
11. Enforcement of Terms
•If a referral partner is found violating any of these terms, Drone Pros may issue a warning, suspend, or permanently ban the referral partner from the program.
•Any outstanding commissions from fraudulent activities or violations will be voided and unpaid.
By applying and participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
