We do not offer refunds on the purchase of our digital goods. However, since we deal with digital products, we honor refund requests for the following reasons:
1. Inability to Access Membership Area:
If you are unable to log in to the Drone Pros member area and are unable to reach us via email, you must first submit proof that you have attempted to contact support at +1 (800) 981-7230. Our support team will schedule a recorded video session to resolve your access issue.
2. Download Issues:
If technical problems prevent you from downloading your digital purchases, contact our support team at +1 (800) 981-7231 or support@dronepros.org for assistance. You must provide your order and membership information for validation. Upon verification, we will arrange an alternate delivery method.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
